All You Need To Know About Me, & Some Stuff You Won't Care...

Intro:

Hey everyone, I am a 20 year old gay boi living in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I moved here in the fall of 2004 from Moncton New Brunswick. I needed a change in my life so I decided to use going to university as an ascuse to get into the city. I visited Halifax a few times in the past, loved it, and continue to love it. This summer was the reason I fell in love with the city. I came here a few times to visit some friends and the experiences I have had were all awesome.  I am such an easy going guy and open minded to everything. I don’t judge others although I don’t always agree with everyone’s opinion but everyone is entitled to there own. 

School: 

Next year I would like to take a different approach to my life. Here is hoping that it works. I hope 2005 will be so much better than my year of 2004, although 2004, was a great coming out year for me. I have had many friends behind me through trouble times and good times and I love them all.

Music:

I love music including Anastacia, Alanis, Travis, Pilate, Evanescence, Dashboard Confessional, Savage Garden, The Killers, The Used, Three Days Grace, Britney, Celine Dion, Brandy, Whitney, Daniel Bedingfield, Christina, Janet Jackson….. just to name a few.

TV:

I don’t watch that much TV (mainly because I don't have cable) but when I do I like The Simpson’s, Family Guy, 6 Feet Under, Futurama, Will & Grace…I am not too much into the reality crazy, each one is a rip off of the next but, occasional Trading Spaces, I LOVE What Not To Wear, and While You Were Out.

Friends:

Friends play a big part in my life. I am out to most of my friends (yes ‘out’ means I am into same sex relationships). Hopefully I will be out to everyone some day. Despite the occasional bickering of some friends of mine we still hold together and are better friends and people when the dust has settled. I don't think I would have made it through all the shit I have been through had it not been for my friends.

Family:

My family life is a little crazed. I have two brothers (one older - 23 and one younger - 18). My younger bro has an almost two year old child – and my older brother lives on his own with his girlfriend. My mom and dad are separated. It is not a bad thing as they don’t get along very well together. It is for the best. I am quite close to my mother, she does not know about me but I will tell her someday. A day where she will be able to take the news without having a heart attack. My dad is another story, his family is not top priority in his life. We rank some where on his list of 10 most important things - I am just not sure where.

Movies:

Horror and comedy movies would have to be my favorites but I do like the occasional action movie and even drama. Some faves include, Spiderman 1 & 2, Trainspotting, Hedwig and The Angry Inch, Connie and Carla, Final Destination 1 & 2, and Sleepy Hallow

Clubbing:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and most Sundays are my non clubbing days. Other than that Saturday night is usually a Reflection night: good music (awesome DJ) and good times, what more could you ask for? Karaoke is awesome fun with the 'usual' gang at NRG. Sundays are sometimes spent at the theme nights at Reflections.

Piss Offs:

PEOPLE SPREADING RUMORS! Commericals, people who walk too slow, drivers who drive too slow, people who think they are better than others, smoking, the word gossip, arrogant people, people with too much ego, rap music, bible thumpers, long lines, shitty movies, slackers, people who get ahead in life because they know ‘so and so’, hockey, football, gay bashers, liars, cheaters, thieves, trust miss users, Mariah Carey, people who think they are always right, miss users of power, people who demand respect and give none in return.
